The mission of iRadiate is to create and cultivate a culture where Gems feel valued, motivated, and connected to T.G.I and the Diamonds Writers.

In tandem with iShine Outreach and Illuminate, iRadiate oversees engagement initiatives champions T.G.I’s strategic partnerships, and is responsible for the overall Gem experience with the organization.
Book Babes, Gem Team, and T.G.I Purpose Publications are within this Center of Excellece.

Our Gem Team is comprised of volunteers in multiple cities to support social events, book releases & book signings, festivals, and conferences. Our Gem Team is also a collective of brand ambassadors, PR practitioners, event correspondents, and beta readers in support of the brand and publications.

Our Shine Squad is T.G.I Alumni program for legacy Diamond Writers and T.G.I affiliates.

Book Babes is an exclusive virtual book club and community for book lovers and avid readers! In this haven for bibliophiles, logophiles, and the occasional inspiration seeker, you'll connect with like-minded literary enthusiasts about new releases, dope reads, hot authors, and industry events!
