The Sparkle Academy is T.G.I.’s commitment to youth advocacy and activism. Our radical and relevant mentorship program is designed to educate, empower, and equip young women aged 13 to 21. 

Our little Gems will engage in workshops, community service, team projects, and leadership development activities to foster healthy self-esteem, emotional intelligence, social responsibility, and personal growth.
