iShine empowers, and champions Gems from all walks of life. Through social activism, volunteering, and philanthropy, we support radical transformation in the communities in which we live and work. 

We meet Gems where they are in life, build deep trust and connections, offer support, and encourage healing, wholeness, and care through various outreach initiatives and efforts. 
Gem Class, journaling workshops, and the Empowered Prayer Call are within this COE.
