Founded in June 2017 by Writer and Literary Influencer Natima Sheree, Transparent Gem Inc. began as a boutique consultancy specializing in a selection of literary management services and has evolved into several impactful centers of excellence. Natima’s vision for T.G.I. was to help BIPOC writers get their books on the market and to help creatives realize the power of their stories. 

T.G.I. ’s independent publishing house specializes in high-quality, niche books that celebrate BIPOC voices and stories from underrepresented groups.
